All installation packages include all the materials required for replacement of your system. A new standard thermostat will be installed unless you want to keep the one you have. All the incidental materials like mastic, caulk, screws, nails, etc are included. Charges for higher diffculty or access may be required. Contractor will give you a price before starting work.
