Navigation:
On the left hand column you see buttons; ‘Home’ ‘Our Service Area’  and 'Info' etc. This is where you find the particular type system or product you are looking for. A bit farther down you will see 'Installation.’ Once you have selected a system that fits your need, you can select the other options from that section. You can then find options to make your system even better. Put all these items in your ‘cart’ for check out.
 
Check out:

Just choose the system you want and add to cart. Then go through check out. Once there all we need is your info, no need to pay now. Click the email payment shown toward the top-left of the screen. No need to send your Credit Card info, just copy the information generated here and email to us. That sends us your information and equipment info. We will contact you once we have received this info.

 
Contract:
After coming to your home and checking that everything is ready to proceed, the installing company will present you with a contract for the total of the job showing the low price you have picked out at the website.
 
Delivery:
The equipment purchased will be delivered to your place the day of the job. We do not ship or allow customer pick-up as that violates the intent of the State and federal regulations regarding refrigerant handling procedures.
 
Scheduling:
Allow a day for our installation contractor to come by and check to make sure everything will be correct for the installation. Someone will call and set up a time. Most installations can be done on the second business day from your order. We will make every effort to meet your requested date.
 
Installation:
All of the systems require an installation package, which includes everything needed for the job. If we find your installation is other than ‘standard’ the installation crew will advise and adjust the contract total. This will be done before starting the work and be adjusted by the amount shown on theACstore.com site under the installation option selections. Most of the time the job falls within the ‘standard installation’ category.
 
Cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel a job or refuse service at any time.
If, upon inspection by the installation crew, there is a different need that can’t be resolved, the job can be cancelled by either party.
